Upcoming Workshop for Resilient Farming Tas Participants!
Join Samuel Bye and Jake Gaudion, from the Resilient Farming Tasmania Team, for a half-day workshop exploring the sources of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions on your farm. We will cover why you should know about them and the benefits you get for your business from minimising GHG. This workshop is specifically designed for vegetable producers, but all Resilient Farming Tasmania participants are welcome to attend.
What's on the Agenda?
Setting the Scene: We'll explain GHG emissions in no jargon terms, and what they have to do with carbon in soils and vegetation.
We will discuss GHG sources and how they may relate to productivity and profitability of your farm business.
We will talk about practical strategies: What can you do to benefit?
